If you like stories about dominance and submission read this short work by I think, one of the best writers of this genre. The Secret Submissive has written an excellent story of one woman’s surrender of her mind and body to the man she calls Sir.The author knows her subject matter and the story is well constructed, excellently written and contains some of the hottest D/s scenes I’ve ever read. This is a must read for those into this type of lifestyle or are just wanting to read great erotica.

This was the first book I have read from The Secret Submissive and already I’m deciding which one to try next. The writing was superbly descriptive but also left enough unsaid to engage the reader’s imagination. The story flowed logically and smoothly through each scene with nothing wasted which was very satisfying. It treated a sensitive theme very well indeed by making it clear early on that the events depicted were consensual but at the same time it managed to convey the woman’s thrill of facing the unknown. Throughout you get the sense of loving trust between two people in a non-conventional relationship.
