Girl Boner Journal facilitates a sexual journey to the core of our being, an exploration of our unique ‘soul truths.’ Sexual empowerment sets authentic boundaries–what we offer to the world is what we are able to receive. Transformation is the world of Girl Boner.”

Important and Fulfilling Addition to my Creative Practice
Oh, August McLaughlin, where would 21st century women be without you? I LOVE the format and content of this journal! Seriously, it’s already the book I grab when my energy is low, and I just need to NOT be on a screen for a while. Its gentle prompts remind me to be kind to myself, that I’m on a journey with no final destination…the best kind. I love that the prompts toggle from lists to open-ended questions, all that let my imagination engage with my inner journey. I’m not a big journal writer, so I love that the spaces to write here are generous but don’t require a massive amount of time to complete if I’m not feeling as introspective. It’s light enough to carry around in my purse/laptop bag, and I do. Love pulling it out to scribble in a crowded cafe. Nobody has any idea that I’m getting in touch with my inner Girl Boner because I’ve already worn the spine flat ;). Lays perfectly open and I scrawl away! Buy and fill it up — gender-neutral friendly, so it’s cool for anyone who wants to dive a little deeper into their own sexual/sensual/identify journey. Yay, GB!!!

  2. RePo

    What a resource!
August McLaughlin has packed this workbook full of insightful questions to encourage deep-thinking, honest, wholehearted reflection on the reader’s sexuality and sensuality. This is truly a gift to the world and the perfect companion to her book Girl Boner.

  3. RayneP

    Like Therapy…Only Sexier
All you need is a coffee, your thoughts & your Girl Boner Journal. Since having a baby my “girl boner” parts and enthusiasm have been dormant. After doing the exercises and writing my female sexuality is coming back to life! August’s writing and approach to such a sensitive subject is refreshing, welcoming, safe and warm.

Where has this journal been all my life?
I am learning things about myself I never knew where inside me!I’m being asked questions that spark a light inside!Thank you Girl Boner for changing my life and opening me up.This is exciting and the book is so well written. She gets it. Her comments along the way are priceless!I want my husband to fill one out! When will we have Boy Boner August McLaughlin?I thoroughly recommend this journal. It has made me love myself and my body and brought a ray of sunshine to the bedroom.

    Best Book ever
Love this Author. This is a great way to know YOUR sexuality level and how to get comfortable with it

  6. A-to-Z Journaling

Every woman should have this book!
As a passionate collector of guided journals, I had many different ones over the years, and I can say with a lot of confidence there is no journal quite like this one. When I saw it, I had to have it! Being a woman, I know how little attention is given to female pleasure. Creating a journal that talks about female pleasure openly and also aims at helping women practice it in order to reach the ultimate pleasure, get to know their bodies and communicate their needs to their partners is truly revolutionary. I applaud the initiative for creating this book. I enjoy using this journal in every sense of the word. I highly recommend it to every and any woman.
